Physical Product & Printful Fulfillment Return Policy
Clothing and merchandise (nondigital purchases) are fulfilled
by Printful as print-on-demand services.
Items fulfilled by Printful Print-On-Demand service - return exceptions and process:

Thank you for your order from MindCast LLC. All physical products (such as apparel, mugs, or merchandise) sold through our website are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our trusted third-party printing and fulfillment partner.
Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
Claims and Notifications
If you experience an issue with your order—such as damaged, defective, or misprinted items—please notify MindCast LLC (Know Your FundaMENTALs) within 10 days of your estimated delivery date or actual delivery date. Please note: Printful Print-on-Demand service creates custom products. Each order is printed as the order is placed and unique to that order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged / Defective / Misprinted Items:
Must be reported to MindCast within 10 days of receiving order to successfully report to Printful within their return window. -
Packages Lost in Transit:
Must be reported to MindCast within 10 days of the estimated delivery date to successfully communicate issue with Printful.
Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part will be covered at no cost to you.
To report an issue, please email kelly@knowyourfundamentals.com and include your order number, receipt, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). If proper documentation is not able to be provided MindCast cannot guarantee successful delivery of lost item or replacement of defective item.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Orders

If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided, the package will be returned to the Printful facility.

Customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Failure to promptly notify MindCast LLC of an incorrect address or unclaimed order within 10 days of the estimated delivery date will void eligibility for reshipment.
Returns by Customer
Please contact MindCast LLC before returning any items.
Except where required by law, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or preference changes.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned once unsealed.
EU Consumer Notification
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and therefore unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Printful reserves the right to refuse such returns at its discretion - and MindCast will adhere to this printful policy.
Return Address
The return address for all Printful-fulfilled products is automatically set to the Printful facility.
Once Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
If you choose not to use the Printful return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments received at your address.

All digital products produced by MindCast LLC—including online courses, videos, audio files, PDFs, and other downloadable or streaming content—are subject to the following policy. Please review carefully before making your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All digital product sales are final. Due to the immediate, full access nature of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued once a purchase is made.

Access and Compatibility
