MindCast LLC Nondiscrimination and Sexual Harassment Policy

At MindCast LLC, we are committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment. This policy outlines our commitment to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and safe working environment for all employees.

Nondiscrimination Policy

MindCast LLC does not tolerate discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Discrimination in any form, whether intentional or unintentional, violates company policy and will be met with appropriate disciplinary action.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited at MindCast LLC. Sexual harassment includes but is not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, non-verbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.

Any employee who engages in sexual harassment will face disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of employment, depending on the severity of the offense.

Reporting and Addressing Violations

Employees who believe they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or sexual harassment are encouraged to report the incident to their supervisor or the HR department. MindCast LLC will promptly investigate all complaints and take appropriate action to address any violations.
 

Posting and Communication of Policy

This Nondiscrimination and Sexual Harassment Policy shall be posted in conspicuous, well-lit areas accessible to all employees, including at or near any location where contracted services are performed. This will ensure that all employees, whether they work remotely or at an established worksite, are informed of the policy.

Policy Review and Maintenance

MindCast LLC is committed to reviewing and updating this policy regularly to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and to promote a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees.
